I'm not sure if the disclaimer indicates that the article simply originated outside the WSJ or if it is an advertisement.
I believe it's the latter.
So a paid promotional ad was placed, with our current I.R. contact information (CONTACT: South American Mining Media Roberto de Silva, 702-727-8235 Roberto@southamericanminingmedia.com.) included.
What this tells me is that a PR push has begun. While not carrying the clout of a published article by the WSJ, it nonetheless demonstrates that MDMN is definitely trying to get the word out to the North American audience.
Nothing wrong with a little promotion, as I've always maintained. It's all good! Wonder what might be next in the PR department?
