As best as I can tell guys like Ding aren't investors in WNTR anymore their great hope is in the div to get them their money back. I hope it works out for them. Me I am looking for a spot to ave out of WNTR. It's tough to do when the PR's have no affect on the share price other than cause is to go down. Company put out Pr's that if you read between the lines only say more dilution on the way. This thing is about maxed out on share structure ...authorized ....float seems small but enough keeps coming in to keep the share price going down. says short interest is only 6 percent..sounds small but there is only about 800 million shares maxing this thing out and an R/S is probably in the near future....imo.
