I think shareholders who have certs should get an Attorney to collect as many of these certs as possible and make a run at trying to collect them according to the instructions and law. That way, there cant be delay because of excuses etc. Then if it does not happen, DROP DA HAMMER .......This is a good way to share legal expenses on a pro-rata basis...
