I went back and reread Cabernet's post # 65678. To me it sounds like the PP is proposing a better solution to Google's advertising model.
One of his points of improvement sound like they have elements of Neom's Payperclick in them such as eliminating click fraud.
The consumer would be requesting info rather than be
bombarded by ads.
At the end of the article he asks,
"Who should or could implement this application? Google, Amazon, PayPal, or Visionary Innovations"
"If you have the ability to implement advertising on the internet, and are interested in a revolutionary idea,email me"
Who or what is visionary innovatons? Is he calling out to Neom or other companies in mobile marketing?
