My latest theory is that there are three reedz brothers. Jeffy, Dunky and Moe who each has their independant jobs. Jeffy runs fb, Dunky tweets, and Moe is in charge of IT, filings and the website. Unfortunately, Moe has proven to be inept since he took over the website last year and crashed it. Jeffy and Dunky have not yet figured out that Moe is a moron who can't maintain a website but yet jeffy and dunky put him in charge of filing the form 10.

Now that brings to mind the question, "which one is the biggest moron?".

Regardless there is still no form 10.
