Billion share buy back is to make the company more attractive for a buyout from Cheech and Chongs new MJ venture duh, Why wouldn't they do that? It's totally obvious if you read between the lines. With my calculations and K2electrics DD we are calculating a buyout price of $42.31, don't be stupid y'all buy what you can under a dollar!
