This hidden gem only has very tiny float available for trading (a couple of millions of shares) since the recent CH11 filing! From the Level2: the next ask is either 50K-0.0021, or 70K-0.0023, or 300K-0.01. With some decent slapping at the asks I bet only 1M shares volume will drive the price to the penny land again! A peer with 732,433,700 shares OS just exited from the CH11 two weeks ago then the price exploded to the multiple pennies...
