I'm wondering if we all are misinterpreting the comments by PP. The article was talking about Google and pay per click, which is their method of payment from advertisers. They get paid for each click on an advertisement.

That's totally different from our Payperclick regarding Neom.
They sound the same but are not the same thing.

Am I all wet here or what? Comments anyone?
