Brazil is self-sufficient in fuel due to thier use of ethanol..USA. WILL and has no choice to head in that direction..XLPI is in the forefront to lead the charge of conquering our dependancy on middle east oil. So nice to own a future powerhouse with gigantic upside potential for under a nickle........buy low sell high.......looks exciting here folks........gooddoc
