Well stated Flex. If it's a scam, it's sure an elaborate one. They went to an awful lot of expense and steps over the past 5 months, even implicating a Canadian company that gives the appearance of complete professionalism on their website. Sylios merger and future company direction is posted all over their website. They sure appear committed to this, even if it takes an extra month to close. No other OTC is going to slide in here and close a deal in a week so I think they are waiting just as we are.
And the payoff for the alleged scam is to dump shares on us at .002 instead of .001? That makes zero sense. They could accomplish that by merely dropping a few hundred bucks on a couple PRs several times a year.
I think all we have established so far is that UNGS is not as efficient at this as a company on a larger exchange that acquires companies on an annual basis. Even the big caps frequently miss closing dates.
