Vortex revenue will be added to Q2 of incc . I don't know how much but it will give us a glue of the real value pps.

This is great news, that means we're already making money and that means we have money in hand to finance growth of the company's plan.

Secondly, Vortex has already licences but incc wants to go big and is going for more licences in other states.

Finally, find me a stock that makes money, has licences and low float at these price. Once people know about this, the stock pps will go crazy up.

Lets make a comparison:

GRC* = no revenue + web site + large float + current = high of 0.049

INCC = revenue + licences +site + current + contract = ???
