I don't have the inclination to look back and find that post, but it clearly showed that one broker house did have 1.2M shares of AXCG for shorting. However, it also has some really crazy restrictions on them about what you had to do to short them. It would have cost you a ton of money to short those shares. 1.2M was not much anyway.

I can not short from AT for any reason on the OTC.
