spoke with Judith Crowhurst. She said they filed an extension which I don't see but that this problem with late filings will clear up and is due to the damage they suffered from a hurricane can't remember now which one she said. Also some insider whose connection is not specified is looking to sell a little over 500K so that may depress the price for a while too. So she said the auditors were going over the 10K now.
