I don't think they will RS. Not at 368 mil. BUT. And a big BUT. If they start increasing AS /OS to pay for debt etc then that could be possible. All depends on when the plants come online and when they start selling fertilizer.
First sales probably won't be until 2016 :(. I only hope my / our waiting will pay off.

Also it doesn't help with natty gas being so cheap. If natty gas increases in price, this becomes a bigger player
