Actually , mbmi has 10 days to vacate according to the court filing. But even before PV being on Dodge mine the company didn't do anything and still operated with such fiscal irresponsibility all the while rewarding themselves all while shareholders got screwed.

Again, if you actually read any of the filings you would see this, right from the horses mouth
