We all know the deal playin here, right? But there seems to be a new paradigm, where peeps (experienced traders) getting lured into SEC audited filers, only to have, a waterfall of shares, & then R/S filing. This corrupt inept idiots, don't have the good sense to let the stock run, & they work for note holders.

You know I think Armstrong reads this board.
