buckiii2...if you go back to the June 20 2013 press release you'll see they say that orphan drug status wouldn't be applied for until after Phase 2 proof of concept was completed and reviewed...that is years away so that isn't anytime soon. I don't think they get any milestone from a completion of phase 1b or start of phase2, but I could be wrong. One thing is for sure, if Intellect doesn't get bought out or get a partnership soon then this stock is going to plummet. That 1.2 million won't last very long. The 6 million they received at the end of 2011 from Viopharma didn't last very long so 1.2 is only going to get us so far. GLTA
