Just got a response from Melinda Orth at Interest Transfer (transfer agent for SWCC). She stated that the company advised Interwest about 1 1/2 years ago that Southwest Casino Corp. (SWCC) is no longer in business and that there is no information with regard to the current share structure available. So, if you are buying shares of SWCC, you are buying shares in a company no longer in business. If you would like verification of this info, I suggest that you email or call Interwest Transfer, as I did this morning.
