The dose switch (pronounced sabotage) effected everything associated with PPHM.....everything.

Geez it has been close to two years since already! PPHM is not first and will not be the last to be set with a setback. Perhaps a better mgmt team and preparedness would have caught in sooner than later? Amazingly it is believed mgmt can prevent another sabotage even though the stakes are now higher if that is truly what happenned. Besides we had a partner supposedly before and the data is supposedly better so what is the problem? Either the data is not as good as people believed or mgmt is really greedy or inept or both. Meanwhile people are dying because of greed and/or ineptness. All imo.
