You would THINK, hey???
I've been complaining to the SEC about these shady IronRidge "deals",
since the CBAI "deal" which Schissler was responsible for.

Besides the usual IronRidge BS, there was another shady thing that occurred in that deal...
Still no action from the SEC YET...
but the SEC did question CBAI about the deal in quite a few rounds of correspondence...
and 2 teleconferences...
after which Schissler suddenly "resigned" from CBAI.

resigned from "his" company...the one he and the wife allegedly started with their credit cards...
where he was pulling down a nice salary as CEO and Chairman...
just as it was supposedly turning around...

I still believe that was not a coincidence!
Especially since I tried to get the contents of the teleconferences through the FOIA;
and after first telling me there should be something,
they then told me there was nothing they could "GIVE me".

Not there is no record of the calls...
there is nothing they could "GIVE me"...
See the difference???
