lol, call up the site addy - not even a brand placeholder showing UNGS/jv as involved - imo

call up the new company addy as well - nothing but 'do you want to buy tis site' from godaddy

due diligence prob fell through as is typical - imo

many many like this have turned ugly as this is now doing - it's just too bad mgmt can't come clean w investors BEFORE they lose all their money - imo
