NYS was one of the greatest states (Yes, past tense) But times have changed: high taxes, infrastructure gone down the tubes, etc...

Giles has miles under his belt. This will eventually go up, but time consuming-plus the saying goes, "Ya get what you paid for"...
same cliche' on anything you buy/purchase...
