I thought that was a well known fact. Due diligence covers a wide range of coverage. Unfortunately some think FLUFF headlines is all that required to do thorough DD. I was wrong assuming it was not known by 99.999%. Then when one is alarmed they want the/ your DD for free and use the fact excuse they need proof..UH-OH...lol

So in essence... all the info is there...you just have to work at it and do the DD and whalla you have the answers. But its always nice to see some do the DD 1st before calling someone's credibility out.
