I communicated with Harry today. They were anticipating some type of response from FINRA by the end of July. As nothing had been received yet Glendale contacted FINRA, it seems FINRA is short staffed with all of the summer vacations so we will be waiting a little longer. They are as frustrated with the process as we are so nothing much more to say, we wait a little longer. As always feel free to contact the company directly they are happy to talk with anyone and you will hear the same information.
