It is not too late to invest in FnF at this time point. Using the before-crisis pps of $80~$90 as base, one can estimate Fannie to be $20~$25 when released (with dilution of the 79.9% warrants to Treasury).

You can still see some 300%-400% return on investment in 2-3 years. That's excellent investment. IMO.
