Alarm bells should have gone off a year ago when Solomon mentioned in Sweden that this company cannot trade higher than a P/E of 0.7 (On OTC). Because it shows his intention at the time - to dilute and dump stock.

There can be no doubt about this. Solomon is growing the company at the expense of the shareholders when it is his duty to grow the company for the shareholders.

Many warnings have been put aside by the company. Therefore, I believe legal action is warranted and in the best interests of the shareholders.
