AEB's attorney quit and was released by the court. AEB plead indigent status and the court assigned a public defender. The PD is asking that all of the info be provided. The last trail date of 6/30 was continued on 6/23 and I don't see a new trail date set yet although there is a hearing on 8/14 when the new trail date will probably be set.

In other words... the same ole AEB delays.

I have no humble opinions, but I do have opinions and those are what I express in my posts. BUT...I have been wrong before and likely will be wrong again so do your own research and don't blame me if you are too lazy to do so.
