Yeah Shail, I like the way you put that to me simply:) Got a monthly short report here, and I think I got and had all what you outlined here. AND, yeah I firmly believe this earnings report is a lynch pin for us.

My concern still is manipulation after the earnings are announced. Don't have a clue how'd they manipulate us. And FAILS TO DELIVER data wouldn't be posted till mid-September on the SEC site I'm aware of. But we know we can be nailed where they want us nailed to. Nuff of my babbling.

Short to Retail Ratio: ~29%
Avg. PPS= 11.6

Our PPS flat lined for the month but these last couple of days are what brought us back. Lets hope this is a trend:)

We were down close to 600K daily trades before they broke the news. Everybody had lost interest. The R/S announcement has risen our volume quite a bit.

2.3 Million shares available for short transactions over at Interactive Brokers.

So we've had a lowering of available options there. Don't really know when we dipped that low (still high by other listings there). We were up at 3.8 Million shares regulary available up through late spring. 10 Million back in December. Just looking at it as a gauge. Not sure if it's always evil:). And Shail Brother, I share all the concerns you laid out.
