We've obviously been bantering most on your second point, NO LOSS to investor in an RS, ideally. We are coming to terms with the RS. And as Shail notes, a reality that the multi-bagger is gone. I ran the PPS × 40 around in my head fairly often, and then some. Then my current calculations with my number of share ÷ 40 (÷45; etc.) is no where near as gratifying.

Pretty damn sobering. One of our worries is about the RS happening at this low end of our PPS range and losing some of the ability to, ahh return to our avg. purchase price.

Your fifth point, $10Mill brought in the lower terms and loan funding costs we'd be able to access when in a rated market. That provided a bit of insight for us. You're expanding on that nicely.

We've touched rather than discussed all the others. And we may want to talk more on all three (Hell, all five).

I do believe we all will have a good Return On Investment (ROI) if not the spectacular return we had assumed on our wager. I have enough faith in the board, who all have great credibility. The cost of research and development is always outrageous. Always was impressed with the technology and thought it was at the DEVELOPED and ready to DEPLOY state. Blinded by my greed I guess. Fairly impressed with what I think was the MDA forcing the company's hand for further development before giving out a research grant more or less.

On that note, the MDA is in it's own R&D state. Evidently have a lot of test candidates on hand with delivery and boost vessels ready. Guidance and intercept are the issues they're working on, and full production mode, when we'd really kick in, is in the future. We got the endorsement.

I'm also a big proponent of our expanded relationship with research universities throughout the NY/New England region. We have what appears to be a significant bank in intellectual property and patent rights. ANND, that's all I got.

Lots of action on the horizon. I expect it to be very positive.
