I agree with your opinion of the SEC.The SEC makes hundreds of thousands of dollars in fines off the MM's annually.Since the MM's make millions off of those same trades,everyone wins except of course the small retail investor.The SEC will ALWAYS side with the naked shorting MM's,over small companies and retail investors.After all, it's the very same SEC that grants MM's the right to naked short,supposedly to keep the market liquid.Once folks truly understand that there is no 'fairness' in the penny markets,they can adjust their strategy appropriately.Expecting honesty and justice or protection from the SEC is simply naive and a sure recipe for disaster.IMO,of course. :^)
