Also, using those numbers you are only valuing the company based off of 1 year of revenues.

With 50% profit off of $122 million in revenue, you are looking at $61 mil in profit each year. Even if you only take 5 years of profit, you can value the company at around $300 mil. Based off of 800 mil outstanding shares, it puts the pps around $.338
