Re-read the firs paragraph, specifically this sentence. "The division may transfer archaeological materials to which it holds title to the permittee in consideration of recovery services provided to the state under the terms of a recovery permit.

They don't have a recovery permit, they have an exploration permit. IF they can prove a shipwreck site this diving season (90 days left) then they could do the recovery permit over the winter and be in full salvage next May if all goes well with the State. Still, they would have to wait until division in 2015 (usually September) to get the things recovered now, and September 2016 for the bulk recovered under the recovery agreement.

Don't get me wrong, great site, great job by all at SFRX. You couldn't buy my shares right now for a dollar a piece. I believe, I just know that the time frames given here can be misleading at times. Will we move on news of treasure, of course we will. Will it be tomorrow, maybe if the wreck is not buried under sand like most wrecks in the area. Time will tell, but for the bog boys to come play and really make a change in the PPS, we need the RECOVERY agreement in place and the treasure wreck verified. The verification may be very soon, the recovery permit not so much.
