Digra Ive, I found this, some years ago on IHUB but you know how bad rumors are.
IMO, it's from a $MINE'rs support group signalling they are in play.
I kinda like this rumor, best.

Just use the 1st digit on the left for the signal. They do mix in other digits to confuse..Here is the signals I have collected so far:
100 - I need Shares.
200 - I need Shares badly but do not take the stock down.
300 - Take the stock down at least 30% so I can load shares.
400 - Keep trading it sideways.
500 - Gap the stock. Gap can be up or down, depending on direction of 500 signal.
600 - Means provide resistance
900 - Means let the stock float
911 - PR out.
