yup I agree sad it is. Whats even worse is that they have another 100~ million share to convert. (I'll do my math and post later. Which will max out the AS. Therefore expect an increase in AS, My calculation says they will need to increase AS by at minimum 60 million to satisfy to conversion cycle.


WE all know that it will be increased by at least 300 to 500 million.


Allowing company to generating monies on dilution on the next run....

Sorry, but unless great new hits and everything stays the same. This stock is headed to .001 possibly trips!
