I think the rise and fall of this stock was do to the Savannah Project.In the beginning the CT was billed as the answer to port security.With the Savannah Project going through successfully everyone had high hopes of some big deals coming in for HISC.In the end not even the Savannah Port placed orders.Since then HISC has gone in different dirctions but I think the big money is still in port security.And until this happens I personally believe we will have limited potential.But at the same time I believe we will start getting those port deals soon and when that happens we will be off to the races.
