I can appreciate your concern But the OLD shareholder's do have options.

Most the Rs I have seen, seem to go down before they go up and that offers one a good chance to reposition themselves.

So.....

1) sell before the RS and move on (loss or no loss)
2) sell before the RS and buy back in later,
3) hold thru the reverse and wait forever for recovery to their newly adjusted cost
or
4) hold thru the reverse and add later (chart) to average down.

Take control. Do something. There is no Excuse if one does nothing and then complains about the company for the loss.

As for NMKT. I say...

don't worry about it until it's a known factor. The movement on the day it's announced will tell you what to expect in the shortterm.
