What if: Drug works perfectly, Company and shareholders rich beyond wildest dreams. Lawsuits?
A lot of risk "experimenting"
Arizona just experimented with a new drug recently. It was supposed to kill the death row inmate. But it prolonged his life instead!!
Sometimes we just don't know what the HE** we are doing! Want to take that risk on another human life? I would not want to be the one making that decision. Tough question for sure.
