Well, let me rephrase a little.

I will purchase each monthend $1000 worth, when it touches the bottom of the down channel and then at month end after it breaks above the downtrend channel, I will just purchase shares just before M/E outright.

No sense to buying when it's testing top of channel but still in downtrend. IMO

I have bid now at $3.20.
