I have a hard time imagining non-retail investors selling this at such low prices. If you're involved in this, you know that you're waiting for a merger announcement. I think the low prices are because, as per the shell sale, Turbine Aviation gets access to a market maker. Most people who are in this don't really have much more ammunition to buy at the higher prices that it's been, so the MMs bring it down to create a more liquid market. I don't think the MMs are making any money off the sale of these securities right now.
