Worldwide shareholders who currently hold shares at brokerage firms will receive their shares electronically in their accounts, when GCHI has received its ISIN and its eligibility for electronic deposits for brokerage firms. The process is expected to be completed in the next 30 days.

I think the "30 days" is just being very conservative. I expect to see my shares within a few days. My broker also shows a "dividend pending." No further information.

From the ISIN website:

Timeframe, fees for ISIN Registration

To apply for a new ISIN code can take anywhere from one day to a few days or longer. It really depends on the specifications of the company. Fees vary from needs to needs and is only determined once an application has been submitted.
