I've long said that I believe the more investors get to know and hear from management, the better off we all will be.

Having heard Croxall speak numerous times, I perceive him as highly intelligent, articulate, confident, highly driven, and most importantly, a man of integrity. CFO Frank Knuettel is said to be very impressive in his own right with a very extensive IP background himself albeit I have yet to hear him speak personally.

I think management's remarkable accomplishments to date already clearly affirm all of the traits above, however hearing it with your own ears really helps drive home the message home.

Best way to generate sizeable return on investment for your own money is often to follow and emulate what other already successful and accomplished investors are doing with their own money.

Marathon is pretty unique in that we are able to invest right along side of the likes of Spangenberg, Croxall, Honig etc. who are again doing exactly what they've already successfully done in the past. I like to invest in winners...few small companies have more of them involved than Marathon does.
