Yes. If you take that the PR is a valid form of informing stock holders. Absolutely.

I got a earful when I stated otherwise on another penny stock so with that a PR is for all intensive purposes a means of promoting and informing investors which the company should be driving towards If they are not, it is a blatant bait and switch with an attempt to squeeze all those shares into profits.

This company does not execute. Period. Plane and simple.
