Ive actually made my way thru many posts and i am pleased to know that what i was reading about long delivery time was getting better, but you asked for the reviews i saw, so. Im gonna grin and bear it b'c i have a lot of money in this and i want it to get better. here they are. Trust me i didnt have to search hard for these, and im not a basher.

just my personal opinion, do not take this post as investment advice.

I joined this place 2 weeks ago and so far only got 1 of the 2 games promised. They said both were mailed on 2/13 but only 1 came in a timely matter. Finally recieved other game on 2/25 and arrived broke, where the he!@ did it come from china? So far I'm not happy with the service but am giving them a chance to resolve it before I cancal.

WOW> I wish I could give this company a ZERO. they are the worst company I have ever delt with. I get my games the next day. that part is good... but then, I had three games go in my q as Pending, which according to their site means. "they are ready fto ship within 24 hours. the next day ONE of the games shipped. the othe two remained "Pending" well, long stiry short 4 days later and several emails to them (which they seem to blow off with generic answers clearly not paying attention to what I am saying) I still have them games marked as *pending" they claim that they are not currently available, and will shep ewhen they are... but THEY WERE. hence moving to pending. and I have other games in my Q that are marked as available, so why didn't they ship them? they are giving me the runaround, and I have been 4 days without their service, WHILE STILL PAYING FOR IT! so their claim to be nlimited rentals is FALSE. they send you games when it is convient for them, and let you sitting there for DAYS staring at a q full of available games, yet STILL 2 marked as "pending" I really want to get ahold of a phone number for them. any help????????

signed up for the free trial. It took about 4-5 business days to receive the two games and about 7 for the movie to come.

I have 2 cases open with support and the response is minimal if I'm lucky to get one at all.

#1 They don't email you their response even though you have to enter your email address. You have to dig around through the Contact Us page to find your current support issues. This would have been fine if they had TOLD ME that was the case.
#2 Since then, I get one line responses that do nothing to try and resolve the issue. The last one said we will look into this and that was 3 days ago without updating me.

So far, I have had the subscription for 2 weeks and have not received anything due to what appears to me to be a flaw in their system. I would bet money that these items are sitting on their shelves right now but were not checked in properly.

I went to the Cancel my Membership option and am presented with a screen that basically says they are going to charge me $110 for the movie and games upon cancellation. And this is for the sub-par titles I had to rent due to the limited selection during the trial.

I am not impressed with the level of customer service I've received and will no be recommending GNF to anyone at this point. Unless I see something happen fast, they have lost my membership and may have to deal with more than that if they try to charge me for their incompetency.

I still haven't received my games. It is now the 28th and my free trial is about up yet I haven't received anything to try. I do live in a very very small community so I asked the woman who delivers our mail if there might have been a mistake in where the games could have ended up and she said that it was not very likely. I want to cancel my membership but I do not want to be billed for 3 stupid games I haven't even seen. Your company is very impersonal and has made me feel trapped with your limited options. In case you're not aware of them they are...

1. Stay as a paying member till you send the games
2. Quit membership and pay for the games I have never seen

I would like a more personal response from your company on how this is going to be handled. I don't want to hear that they'll get here when they get here. Whats the point in a free trial if you do not get to use it? And how do I extricate my self from this load of bull with out being billed for your companies lies?

Now who honestly thinks I'm going to get a response? I am seriously thinking of taking legal action. Somebody should since this company obviously has a thing for false advertising. I have tried numerous times to make contact with them but they just keep sending me to their message board. I'm sick of submitting issues. I did finally track down a phone number for the company on their stock info page but like was said on here before all I received was an answering machine. How do I get out of this mess???
