The nature of ALL OTC biotechs is to run on news then find a new base. ELTP has no control over the market. I was told last August they would run trials then human liability then submit to the FDA. So I bought core shares at .08. I also bought back of the run in the .7s. I have no complaints. They have put a plan in place and followed through.
