The number 1 complaint that I've seen is that games take way to long to get to you, and way to long when returning to GZFX and getting processed. I have looked at a number of gamer sites and what companies they advise to go with, almost all of them say to not go with GZFX because it takes forever to get your games. Overall this is the only problem, if they can streamline the delivery process to where its even to netflix then there is no stopping GZFX
