I'm not worried that Jim sold shares, in fact the only thing that bothers me about his sale is that it forces me into conversations about his intentions. I have no problem with the ceo getting paid and wanting to get paid top dollar.

The fact that the sales were predetermined in the 10b5 doesn't mean that Jim didn't have some control over how the sale played out. It looks as though since he picked the sale date a long time ago that he had no idea what the share price would be. Buuut, my man did release 3 killer PRs back to back including an early 10q days before the sale was set to go through. SLICK. Not only did he time these PRs with precision, he knew way back when he set the sale date that he would have some kick ass news for us. This is probably the reason for the delayed cell news and the early 10q. The winery news may have been just lucky timing.

I'm not sure why anyone that's invested would have a problem with this. Don't you want your ceo to be ambitous, savvy, and just a little bit, dare I say, greedy?

JMO, and I'm glad to be able to read the board again. It was too much trouble with all the noise in here before.
