in all honesty...

microcap companies like this issue endless shares to fund their development (if they actually are in the business of developing something), mostly through toxic financing and private placement of shares to private investment companies. yes, this can fly, but the shares are so diluted at this point, this stock will only get to about .002 and then it will head back lower to where it is. check the chart for the past year..
