I've had a couple of private messages questioning my recent lack of involvement on the board. I do check the board several times a day, and the role of moderator is not pro or anti any stock. Moderators are basically crowd control, and in my opinion posters have been largely obeying the TOS.

I'm not posting because (IMHO) we're simply in a waiting game as the court cases move (grind) along. In short, I'm not saying anything because there is little to say.

I remain long and have confidence common shareholders will (ultimately) prevail in both the courts and in the court of public opinion.
