you say 1/2 Billion shares?..then why does it say here as O/S that it is much much lower.?
so tell me.....have they been issuing shares out of thin air to pay off debt?

and if i was to ask management about those other contracts..
of course they will tell me what they want me to hear.
they will always put on a good smiley face...
thats why if i wanna ask the low people of the work force...
they know the truth...
they talk like normal people...
they have nothing to lose....get it?

so have the shares over the years been rising steadily?
or have they been consistently in this 1/2 bill range.
