This is Russ' Hail Mary pitch. It ain't our best choice, Russ wants a float that has capability to soar (and to dilute). But this is his end plan. Relaunch will now be funded, as will the CBD line.
He's also not going to dilute any more than he has to to support relaunch ---that is the record of the way Russ handles this Co. from 1st launch. It ain't gonna change. He's frugal (in the sense of handling a failure the best he can).
Check out other pinkies, sub penny pinkies. Russ has been pretty careful. I'm hurt pretty big too. But we now have a future where, because of the so small float, pps will go up and down dramatically with trading. And then the people who felt hurt the worst can pick the right point to sell.
He has to make this work, or WE loose everything.
